Sound familiar? In the 's the Dust Bowl and the Depression combined threw millions of Americans out of work. So whatever assets the Territorial States of States could claim for themselves and the assets of all their citizens were thrown "in the pot" the "pot" being the Public Charitable Trust PCT.
This welfare fund is above and beyond anything that we commonly think of as "Public Assistance". As the Depression rolled on more and more people accepted public welfare benefits and were conscripted as dependents of the Federal Government and re-classified as United States Citizens as a result.
All these people were then labeled as "Paupers" and added to the roles of the Commonwealth. This is where the Church gets into the mix. Under the Commonwealth system the King donates waste land and waste people Paupers to the Church as Caretaker. In the ancient feudal system the Church created common pastures, community orchards, dairies, apiaries, etc. These entities are created under the Commonwealth system by the Municipal Government run by the Roman Catholic Church.
And now you can see how they are "borrowing" your resources and making totally insupportable legal presumptions about you to enrich themselves and pay the costs of "public charity" out of your pockets instead of their own.
Not only were you misidentified as a United States Citizen, you were misidentified as a Pauper, too. And this is, for the vast majority of us, pure bunko and fraud, having no connection to actuality. Now, obviously, they had to leave themselves a way out of this system --and they did: the Expatriation Act, which allows us to extract ourselves from any undesired political status.
The problem remains of how to extract back all the time, money, and resources these vampires have already sucked out of us in the name of taking care of us? We have State Land Trusts that are ours and which they do not have any business administering. We have gold and silver assets deposited all over the world which they "attached" under false pretenses, too.
It is well-past time for these issues to be addressed and for the restoration of our lawful government. Once you are back and firmly standing on the land of your State, it's time to start reclaiming your assets and payback from the Public Charitable Trust. Neil Diamond - 'America'.

But here I am, here I am, here I remain high on each and every peak, carefully rumbling her great underbelly, prepared to pour forth singing—. Never silenced unless in the company of strangers, singing the stoic face, polite repose, polite while dancing deep inside, polite Mother of her world. Sister of myself.
When my song sings aloud again. When I call her back to cradle. Call her to peer into waters, to behold herself in dark and light, day and night, call her to sing along, call her to mature, to envision— then, she will quake herself over. My song will make it so. When she grows far past her self-considered purpose, I will sing her back, sing her back.

While the title of the song is often rendered with a comma "Louie, Louie" , in , Berry told Esquire magazine that the correct title of the song was "Louie Louie" with no comma. Although similar to the original, the version on Rhino 's The Best of Louie, Louie compilation is actually a note-for-note re-recording created because licensing could not be obtained for Berry's version.
By some accounts "Louie Louie" is the world's most recorded rock song with published estimates ranging from over 1, to more than 2, Robin Roberts developed an interest in rock 'n' roll and rhythm and blues records as a high school student in Tacoma, Washington. Among the songs he began performing as an occasional guest singer with a local band, the Bluenotes, in were "Louie Louie", which he had heard on Berry's obscure original single, and Bobby Day 's " Rockin' Robin ", which gave him his stage name.
In , Roberts left the Bluenotes and began singing with another local band, the Wailers often known as the Fabulous Wailers, who had had a hit record with the instrumental "Tall Cool One".
Known for his dynamic onstage performances, Roberts added "Louie Louie" to the band's set and, in recorded the track with the Wailers as his backing band.
Roberts was killed in an automobile accident in On April 6, , the Kingsmen , a rock and roll group from Portland, Oregon , chose "Louie Louie" for their second recording, their first having been "Peter Gunn Rock". The Kingsmen recorded the song at Northwestern, Inc. The session was produced by Ken Chase, a local disc jockey on the AM rock station 91 KISN who also owned the teen nightclub that hosted the Kingsmen as their house band.
The engineer for the session was the studio owner, Robert Lindahl. The Kingsmen's lead vocalist, Jack Ely , based his version on the recording by Rockin' Robin Roberts with the Fabulous Wailers, unintentionally introducing a change in the rhythm as he showed the other members how to play it with a 1—2—3, 1—2, 1—2—3 beat instead of the 1—2—3—4, 1—2, 1—2—3—4 beat on the Wailers record.
The Kingsmen's studio version was recorded in one take. They also recorded the B-side of the release, an original instrumental by the group called "Haunted Castle". A significant error on the Kingsmen version occurs just after the lead guitar break. As the group was going by the Wailers version, which has a brief restatement of the riff twice over before the lead vocalist comes back in, it would be expected that Ely would do the same.
Ely, however, overshot his mark, coming in too soon, before the restatement of the riff. He realized his mistake and stopped the verse short, but the band did not realize that he had done so.
As a quick fix, drummer Lynn Easton covered the pause with a drum fill. The error is now so well known that multiple versions by other groups duplicate it. The Kingsmen transformed Berry's easy-going ballad into a raucous romp, complete with a twangy guitar, occasional background chatter, and nearly unintelligible lyrics by Ely.
A guitar break is triggered by the shout, "Okay, let's give it to 'em right now! Critic Dave Marsh suggests it is this moment that gives the recording greatness: "[Ely] went for it so avidly you'd have thought he'd spotted the jugular of a lifelong enemy, so crudely that, at that instant, Ely sounds like Donald Duck on helium.
And it's that faintly ridiculous air that makes the Kingsmen's record the classic that it is, especially since it's followed by a guitar solo that's just as wacky. First released in May , the single was initially issued by the small Jerden label, before being picked up by the larger Wand Records and released by them in October It entered the top ten on the Billboard Hot chart for December 7, and peaked at number two the following week, a spot which it held for six non-consecutive weeks; it would remain in the top 10 through December and January before dropping off in early February.
Singles by the Singing Nun , then Bobby Vinton , monopolized the top slot for eight weeks. Another factor in the success of the record may have been the rumor that the lyrics were intentionally slurred by the Kingsmen—to cover up the alleged fact that the lyrics were laced with profanity, graphically depicting sex between the sailor and his lady. Crumpled pieces of paper professing to be "the real lyrics" to "Louie Louie" circulated among teens.
The song was banned on many radio stations and in many places in the United States, including Indiana, where it was personally prohibited by Governor Matthew Welsh. These actions were taken despite the small matter that practically no one could distinguish the actual lyrics.
Denials of chicanery by Kingsmen and Ely did not stop the controversy. The FBI started a month investigation into the matter and concluded they were "unable to interpret any of the wording in the record. Sales of the Kingsmen record were initially so low reportedly that the group considered disbanding. Amused by its slapdash sound, he played it on his program as "The Worst Record of the Week". Despite the slam, listener response was swift and positive.
By the end of October, it was listed in Billboard as a regional breakout and a "bubbling under" entry for the national chart. Meanwhile, the Raiders version, with far stronger promotion, was becoming a hit in California and was also listed as "bubbling under" one week after the Kingsmen debuted on the chart.
For a few weeks, the two singles appeared destined to battle each other, but demand for the Kingsmen single acquired momentum and, by the end of , Columbia Records had stopped promoting the Raiders version, as ordered by Mitch Miller. By the time the Kingsmen version had achieved national popularity, the band had split. Two rival editions—one featuring lead singer Jack Ely, the other with Lynn Easton who held the rights to the band's name—were competing for live audiences across the country.
A settlement was reached later in giving Easton the right to the Kingsmen name but requiring all future pressings of the original version of "Louie Louie" to display "Lead vocal by Jack Ely" on the label. They had not been paid royalties on the songs since the s.
When Jack Ely died on April 28, , his son reported that "my father would say, 'We were initially just going to record the song as an instrumental, and at the last minute I decided I'd sing it. Then he placed Ely in the middle of his fellow musicians, all in an effort to create a better "live feel" for the recording. The result, Ely would say over the years, was that he had to stand on his toes, lean his head back and shout as loudly as he could just to be heard over the drums and guitars.
Columbia Records issued the single nationally in June and it went to 1 in the West and Hawaii. Robert Lindahl, president and chief engineer of NWI and sound engineer on both the Kingsmen and Raiders recordings, noted that the Raiders version was not known for "garbled lyrics" or an amateurish recording technique. But despite these attributes, the single never seized the public's attention the way the less-polished Kingsmen version did. The Raiders version also contains a scarcely audible "dirty lyric" when Mark Lindsay says, "Do she fuck?

When his comes up, it's because he was snooping where he shouldn't have Notice the song comes from the the book album The Warning.
Geoff is warning all of us what the elites are planning for civilization. A population reduction of anywhere from 90 to 99 percent of the earth. One thing is fro damn sure. One of the spookiest songs we'll ever hear. The most intelligent rock band ever??? Without a doubt I say YES. The back half of the album seems to fare slightly better with "Around the World", "I Take You" and "The Lie" all being melodic rock songs.
However, the song is steam rolled over by a sax solo that should have been a guitar solo. Many diehards will accept and find something to enjoy with anything this band puts out. As for me, I honestly try to give the newer QR albums a few spins to see if they will grown on me or not. I've been a Queensryche fan since buying their EP as a new release in high school.
In fact I have found some things to enjoy about many of the band's more recent albums. However, whenever I get in the mood for Queensryche I rarely, if ever, revisit anything the band has created since "Promise Land". I really wish that Geoff Tate would have gone solo with this stuff rather than forcing Queensryche into styles that just don't seem to fit the band. In the end, I tend to agree with the reviews, "it's not that bad". However, it's not that good either. I wonder if this were a new release from a new band if anyone would care at all?

Warning Spreading the Disease Prophecy Take Hold of the Flame Eyes of a Stranger Jet City Woman Empire In a million years I never thought that Queensryche would part ways with their signature vocalist Geoff Tate.
Of course, Tate really took over QR in the last couple decades and nothing the band has released under his reign were really all that stellar. Some would say it was a "tyrannical reign" from stories I have read. However, in the band parted ways and were steeped in messy court battles. The band played songs from the first five Queensryche albums only.
With the Queensryche name still being battled for in court, this version of Queensryche continued to play shows. The Halfwayt Jam wast he band's debut performing under the QR name. As part of the performance here Todd points back to the QR banner behind the band and thanks the crowd for welcoming him into the fold. The set-list reaches back to the band's 80's and early 90's catalog when they were at the top of their game.
Many of these classics haven't seen their way to a QR set-list in over a decade. Who ever thought the band would resurrect "Prophecy"? It's a great song that never really was given it's due thanks to only being released as a bonus track.
Of course the big question will be, what about Todd La Torre? Does he hit every note perfectly? Absolutely not. At times he cracks and he struggles to hit some of the high notes.
Who wouldn't? Even Tate struggled with some of these songs on stage. Does he sound like Tate? At times he does sound a lot like Tate. In fact, having seen QR many times in recent years, I'd say that Todd even sounds better on some of these classic songs than Geoff has.
The sound quality isn't perfect. After all, this is a bootleg. However, it isn't bad either. It's quite listenable. This is a recording for die-hard fans of the early years of Queensryche, when they knew what heavy metal was and enjoyed playing it. However, a pompous singer, a nasty feud between band members and truckloads of drama doesn't mean the album is crap either. What matters is the music, or so one would think. Geoff Tate has embraced the drama and anger to the point where it has become the music itself.
The album's initials "F. U" are a a not-so-subtle clue to the content of the album and the lyrics make no effort to veil Tate's bitterness towards the situation. The album was cranked out in only six weeks obviously in an attempt to have something out before the opposition.
There is little surprise in "Frequency Unknown"s musical direction. Opening track "Cold" succeeds in being a very good song in that style. The song has an instant musical hook and is driven by a buzzy modern rock riff and some melodic piano offsetting the guitars in the chorus.
The song also features a tasty guitar solo from Kelly Gray. The song features some fantastic guitar work from Chris Poland. A few songs on this album are old Jason Slater demos from other projects, demos he admitted to being unfinished or not good enough to use on those projects, yet they appear on "Frequency Unknown" pretty much unchanged outside of the new lyrics.

Just Us All There Was The Aftermath Once again vocalist Todd La Torre stands behind the microphone leading the band into battle. Todd La Torre has a strong voice and a commanding delivery.
He has definitely helped re-fuel this band and more them away from the boring rock they were stuck in with Tate. The music is melodic and slightly progressive metal with occasional progressive leanings. Todd La Torre has a strong voice and a commanding delivery and the band are very well playing.
The band opens with a song that is probably one of the most old-school metal songs that we have heard from them in a long time. Keep on proggin'..! Look how the mighty have fallen. It also chronicles the band's quick decline in the late nineties and is an indicator of why the band are the way they are today.
This is an outstanding DVD that captures the history of Queensryche but is plagued by a significant flaw. First the good The visuals are stunning, some of the best of any live DVD I've seen.
